Summary
Hex Editor is a comprehensive program for creating and editing Hex Files in the Intel Hex
file format (used to program memory such as EEPROM and the PIC microcontroller's memory.)

Installation Notes
- This Program requires the VB6 runtime library. If you receive errors about components not being found, please download it
- If richtx32.ocx is not installed, you can get it from here.
